I’m frequently asked how do I know which stocks the large institutions are buying? While I’m not privy to their buy/sell orders each day- I can see their action in the market. When big institutions accumulate a position in a stock- they have to buy a lot of shares. Their actions cause large spikes in volume that can not be hidden.
